(1) When the machine is working normally for a long time, it is necessary to clean the parts that are in direct contact with the drug regularly. When the batch of drugs is replaced or the time of deactivation is long, it is necessary to enter Line cleaning.

(2) The transmission mechanism under the machine work surface should always add a proper amount of grease (fat) to reduce the wear of moving parts.

(3) The main drive reducer should check the oil quantity once a month. If it is insufficient, it should be refueled in time, and the lubricating oil should be replaced once every six months; the rotary table transfer box should be replaced every 3000h.

Secondary lubricating oil, generally using 90# engine oil.

(4) The safety clutch is protective when the machine is overloaded. When the load is normal, the clutch should not slip, but it may slip due to long-term use.

When the slippage occurs during normal use, the round nut of the clutch can be tightened to ensure the normal operation of the machine and protect it.

(5) The vacuum separator of the vacuum system mainly plays the role of sucking the capsule into the upper and lower modules and separating the cap and the body in the filling of the hard capsule, if the capsule cannot be capped,

Body separation, subsequent filling will not be possible. The machine's turntable runs every 1 station, the machine's main shaft rotates for 1 week, and the vacuum separator moves up and down under the action of the cam.

Move once. If the capsule cap and body separation are not smooth, check the gap between the upper plane of the vacuum separator and the lower plane of the lower module.

The degree of vacuum does not reach the vacuum degree required for the separation of the cap and the body (about 0.05 MPa), and the gap is too small and it is easy to cause a collision to deform the lower module. When the vacuum separator is in position

When the adjustment is needed, turn the main motor shaft with the handle to raise the vacuum separator to the high position of the zui, and loosen the lock nut at both ends of the adjustment rod under the machine table (one for

Left-handed nut, one is a right-handed nut), then rotate the adjustment rod to adjust the height of the vacuum separator, then lock the nut, and rotate the main motor shaft test with the handle until the right until. The degree of vacuum is read on the vacuum gauge of the machine operation panel. When the vacuum is too high, the vacuum degree adjustment valve can be properly opened. When the vacuum is too low, the vacuum can be turned off or the vacuum can be turned off.

Degree adjustment valve. The filter of the vacuum system should be periodically opened to remove the clogged dirt to ensure sufficient vacuum in the vacuum system.

(6) The drive chain should be inspected once a week, and add the right amount of grease, it is necessary to re-tighten. When the chain is too loose and needs to be re-tightened, the tensioner should be moved to adjust.

However, the chain cannot be opened or the chain can be separated from the sprocket, so as not to disturb the movement sequence of the entire mechanism and prevent the movement of the mechanism.

(7) The machine has 5 transmission cams, and 5 cams are mounted on the main shaft of the machine, which are the cams for the capsule distribution on the * and 2 stations; *, 2

a cam for separating the capsule cap and the body by means of a vacuum separator; a cam for removing the undivided capsule at the sixth station; for charging the eighth station

The filled capsule lock cam; the cam at the ninth station for pushing the finished product.
