Automatic filling and capping machine
The automatic liquid filling and plugging and capping machine is our company's adapt to the market demand. It is mainly used for glass and plastic bottles such as round, square or shaped bottles, and introduces new products developed by foreign advanced technology. The machine adopts plunger type metering pump or peristaltic pump to perform filling, and integrates automatic upper cover, automatic screw cap and machine electrical. The capacity adjustment is convenient, the filling amount of all metering pumps can be adjusted at one time, and the micrometers can be adjusted for each metering pump; the operation is simple and the adjustment is fast. The filling needle is designed with anti-drip device. When filling, it sinks into the bottom of the bottle and slowly rises to prevent foaming. The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
Operating principle:
The equipment is divided into bottle feeding, automatic filling, automatic inner plug, swing arm plus inner plug, automatic outer cover, swing arm pre-rotating upper cover, servo screw cap and other operations.
1 Into the bottle: The bottle to be filled is manually placed in the conveyor belt.
2 Bottle inspection: Photoelectric sensor detects whether there is an empty bottle on the main turntable, and sends the detection signal to the control computer to control the filling of the bottle, no bottle is not filled.
3 Filling system: If a bottle is detected in the front, the PLC controls the filling nozzle to be lifted into the bottle for quantitative filling.
4 internal plug device: the vibration plate automatically handles the inner plug, and the mechanical swing arm type automatically adds the inner plug.
5 Cover device: The vibration plate automatically covers the outer cover, and the mechanical swing arm type automatic servo pre-rotation plus cover.
6 servo cap: The torque and speed are controlled by the servo motor to ensure the cap is tight and the tightness is consistent.
7 Finished product output: Finally, the bottle that has been screwed out is taken out of the conveyor belt.
